You Will Need:-

(Serves 3)

  • 250g Beef Mince
  • 5 x Skinned Sausages
  • 1 x Onion
  • 2 x Cloves of Garlic
  •  1 TBSP of Mixed Herbs
  •  2 x Eggs
  •  Handful of Breadcrumbs
  •  Slices of Bacon to cover.

Ready To Cook:-

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl,  except for the slices of bacon.
  2. Put all the mixture into a loaf tin and cook in the oven on 210c for 30 minutes.
  3. Then removed and cover with your slices of bacon and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes or until a preferred browning.
  4. Ready to serve.
